What are the benefits of the exercise?
In Australia, around one in five adults with diabetes do not know they have the condition, a new report from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) shows. From the survey, around four per cent of Australian adults have been told they have diabetes.
Fitness and Health program can improve your life quality in both ways, in physical fitness and spiritual wealth. It also reduces the risk of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, asthma or other diseases. The critical factor to achieve that goal is a regular exercise either in the class or daily workout routine.
The Fitness and Health program consists of three parts of inner power exercises, as the following:
Energy Building: Specific breathing exercises to increase the amounts and the density of inner power.
Maintenance of Energy: Specific breathing techniques to maintain the current level of inner-power state.
Replenishment of Energy: Specific breathing techniques to recharge & return the developed energy to bio-energy system.
The concept of inner power or a life force came from ancient cultures such as Chi in China, Prana in India and Tenaga Dalam (inner power) in Indonesia. This unseen energy force is not scientifically proven yet; individual experience is the only way to understand this concept.
